Terms of Service
By installing or using Sheet to PDF (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Sheet to PDF is a Google Sheets add-on that generates personalized PDF documents from a Google Doc template, one per row of your spreadsheet. The Service is operated by Sheet to PDF ("we", "us").
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You authenticate via Google OAuth — we never store your password. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
3. Plans & billing
- Free plan: up to 10 PDFs per month, no payment required.
- Paid plans (Starter €5/mo, Pro €15/mo, Pro+ €60/mo, Premium €180/mo): billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
Prices are in Euros and exclude any applicable taxes (collected at checkout based on your billing address).
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime via Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
- Generate PDFs containing illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
- Attempt to circumvent quota limits or security measures
- Abuse the referral system (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.)
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
Violation may result in account suspension without refund.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows are announced when possible. Service interruptions of less than 4 hours do not entitle you to a refund.
7. Data & intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content of your sheets, templates, and generated PDFs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
The Sheet to PDF brand, logo, and software are our intellectual property.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of generated documents. You are responsible for verifying that generated PDFs contain correct information before sending them to recipients.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
