Pricing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the sidebar → Account → Manage billing. You keep paid access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to Free.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. Email [email protected].
What if I exceed my monthly quota?
Your generation stops and you see an upgrade prompt. Your subscription doesn't auto-bill for overage — you choose to upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.
Are prices in USD or EUR?
EUR. Local VAT or sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address.
Annual discount?
Not yet. We may add annual plans with a 20% discount in the future — let us know via email if it would help you.
Pay-as-you-go?
Not currently. The lowest commitment is €5/month Starter (cancel anytime). For one-off large batches, Premium covers up to 60,000 PDFs/month and you can cancel after.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What's a "team seat"?
A second Google account that can use Sheet to PDF under your subscription. Pro gives 2 seats (you + 1 teammate). Pro+ and Premium give unlimited.
